Vacation base for staying in the center of Modena. Very friendly and amicable staff and management. Tastefully decorated room with shared bathroom and central heating, multi-channel TV, and coffee and tea making facilities. Fresh food selection.

The room I stayed in was brand-new and complete with tea, a comfy bed, and a kettle. the hotel's staff was helpful and amiable. - the setting was absolutely perfect, really close to the historic center as well as the city center.

I had an absolutely mind-blowing stay at this place! The location was super convenient, with the train station, food market, and main square just a short walk away. The access to the apartment and room through the online application was surprisingly easy, although keeping my phone charged was a small inconvenience. The design of the flat was jaw-dropping, celebrating famous citizens of the city. My room, the 'Pavarotti' room, was incredibly cozy with a private bathroom. I loved that everything I needed was available, from breakfast to a kitchen to laundry facilities. I highly recommend this place!

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Duomo and surrounded by great restaurants. The property is centrally located, close to a bus stop. the bed was comfortable and the common areas were nicely decorated. the self-managed breakfast was hygienic and had a good range of choices, although fresh vegetables could be added. the AC was remotely controlled, but it wasn't an issue. the Ferrari room was spacious and practical, with a separate entrance and a washing machine. the apartment had a kitchen with free use, a living area, and good WiFi. excellent value for money.
